Services

Everything between the job and the permit in hand.

Electrical permits only, worked from intake to issuance by someone who knows the trade. We catch what reviewers look for before they ask.

Electrical permit applications

Residential and commercial applications, jurisdiction lookup, fees and submittal through each building department's portal.

Corrections and resubmittals

We read the reviewer comments, coordinate the fixes with you or your designer, and get it back in fast.

Inspection scheduling

We schedule inspections and post the results to your portal. You post the permit and have someone on site to meet the inspector.

Owner documents and NOCs

Notices of Commencement, owner authorizations and the signatures that hold up most permits.

Expired applications

Reactivations and extensions for applications that stalled or lapsed before issuance.

Recertification electrical repairs

Electrical permits for 40- and 50-year recertification repairs, coordinated with the engineer's report.

How it works

One line from request to permit in hand.

  1. 1

    Send us the job

Submit a request in the portal with the address, scope and whatever plans you have.

  2. 2

    We prep and submit

We confirm the jurisdiction, assemble the package, flag what's missing and file it.

  3. 3

    We work the reviewers

Follow-ups, corrections and resubmittals are on us. You only hear from us when we need you.

  4. 4

    You track it live

Status, documents, messages and invoices for every permit, and the issued permit the moment it's ready.

CONTRACTOR PORTAL

Stop calling for status. Just look.

  • Every permit's stage, reviewer comments, inspection dates and results, updated as they happen
  • Request a new permit and upload plans, NOCs and photos in one form
  • Message us on the permit itself, so nothing gets lost in a text thread
  • View and pay invoices online

Drawing scope and jurisdiction requirements are reviewed before quoting. Drawings we prepare must be signed, sealed or approved, as required, by the qualifier contracting the plans before submittal.
